Ongoing Support is a constant challenge that many businesses face. HSE executives are often tasked with cutting costs whilst being asked to undertake proactive practical sustainability implementation.

Health & Safety initiatives are often reactive processes following an on-site incident. Training courses are sought to “bring everyone up to speed”.

As well as our engaging training sessions/interactive workshops, ongoing support from MindSafety ensures promoting continual activity from safety coaches, who will set goals to coach everyone on safer behaviours while at work, as well as encouraging operatives to develop safer habits through repetition and positive reinforcement.
Mechanisms are available to help safety coaches feed back to the HSE team, providing valuable information about the safety culture on the site at the local level.

We understand that every organisation is different, – often with their own safety initiative in place.
We always endeavour to ensure clients retain ‘ownership’ of the process and programme activity. Our role is to engage, support & energise any existing campaign as well as working with the client to design any new initiative.
