We at MindSafety believe that recognising and acknowledging improvement is important to the growth process.
After completing the MindSafety HSE Cultural Survey in 2018 and again in 2019, GLT-PLUS and NAM strengthened their GOAL ZERO Safety Campaign by identifying problem areas and reinforcing exemplary areas relating to their safety culture.
With the introduction of Safety Coaches through workshops and training courses, GLT-PLUS and NAM have a better understanding of the safety culture within their organisation, as well as improved safety management and the tools to maintain a positive belief-based safety culture.
Ensuring the work environment operates safely is a strong message from the leadership within GLT-PLUS and NAM – “We give priority to safety”.
